Beginners: Get started in the right direction learning these basics. Then we build on that Foundation to shoot for the stars!
Intermediates: Feeling stuck? some "unlearning" may have to take place. Ridding yourself of sub-optimal habits can be tough, but it's the only way to push past plateaus. I've done this myself in pickleball when I fixed my familiar, but poor, grip.
